As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for all guests. The ideal candidate should be friendly, welcoming, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about our policies, offerings, and amenities to ensure lounge guests are satisfied. In addition to providing excellent customer service, the lounge receptionist will help with administrative tasks at the front desk to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Welcome and check-in guests, making a warm and professional first impression
  • Kindly and promptly address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Provide information about lounge services and amenities
  • Coordinate with other lounge departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
  • Answer and forward phone calls
  • Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Use Lounge management software for check-ins, check-out
  • Report any malfunction of the equipment to the supervisor so that corrective measures can be taken.
  • Transfer feedback provided by customers to customer service to protect and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Make an excellent report to the customer and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Front office Management
  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years in a busy hotel in F&B service, Front desk or Customer service.
  • Basic computer Knowledge.
  • Articulate and able to communicate in English in both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organization skills.
  • Independent thinker.
