Job Objective/Purpose

Our goal is to maintain a professional and efficient reception area, ensuring that all visitors, patients, and clients receive prompt service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate patient and client records as per the designated department or branch.
  • Implement and adhere to the vetting procedures and systems for different client categories, including Staff, GOP’s, AHC prepaid, and credit/insurance clients.
  • Follow defined protocols for patient registration.
  • Ensure precise billing and timely completion of invoices.
  • Handle cash properly according to established protocols.
  • Direct and transfer incoming telephone calls to the respective departments or offices.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, effective communication, feedback collection, issue escalation, and a caring attitude. Utilize standardized tools for measuring patient satisfaction and demonstrate commitment to follow-up and improvement.
  • Maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the supervisor in alignment with the job description.

Personal Specifications

  • Possess a Certificate in Business Management or a related business course.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate organizational awareness and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.
