Atua Enkop Luxury Camp

  • Responsibilities:
    • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the camp and its amenities.
    • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
    • Assist in administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining guest records.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-presented at all times.
  • Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software is a plus.
