
Atua Enkop Luxury Camp
- Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the camp and its amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining guest records.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software is a plus.
