PSC Job Important Application Guidelines

If you’re new to our Online Recruitment and Selection system, follow these quick steps to apply for the job or internship opportunities:

Step 1: New User Registration

• If you’re a first-time user, you must register by providing your ID/Passport Number, Surname, a current Email address, and create a password to access the system.

Step 2: Logging In and Applying

• To apply for any advertised job or internship, log into the system using your ID/Passport Number and the password you created in Step 1.

Step 3: Completing Your Application

• Make sure to provide all required information, including personal details, professional and academic qualifications, experience, membership in professional bodies, referees, and any other pertinent details before submitting your application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Step 4: Keeping a Record

• It’s advisable to print and save a copy of the Feedback Report (application summary) by clicking on the Report tab or Application Summary link on the Application Menu.

Step 5: Editing Your Application

• The Online Recruitment and Selection system allows applicants to make amendments or revisit their applications at any time BEFORE the Advert Closure Date.

Please Note: i) You can modify or revisit your application(s) at any time until the advert closure date. ii) Section 100(4) of the Public Service Commission Act 2017 stipulates that providing false or misleading information to the Commission may lead to a fine not exceeding Kshs. 200,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or both such fine and imprisonment upon conviction.
