Responsibility Summary:
- Develop Product Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive product development strategy.
- Managerial Responsibilities: Team Leadership, Stakeholder engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Operational Responsibilities: Product development & Enhancement, Vendor Management and Performance Monitoring.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in a Business, Finance, or ICT related field.
- Professional Certification in project management related course e.g. PMP, Prince 2, MS Office Suite
- Minimum of 3-years’ experience in General banking with good understanding of Banking operations with a Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project management.
- Skills/Experience Required
- Strong analytical & Problem Solving,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Reliability & accuracy with high levels of attention to detail,
- Organization & Coordination,
- Good Stakeholder engagement
