Job Description:
- To provide smooth administrative support in stores operations from ordering, storage, issuance and restocking, dispatched, and received.
Responsibilities
- Receive the goods from the suppliers and verify to ascertain the quality and quantity
- Do GRN for the goods received from the suppliers
- Issue items to departments from the main store
- Compile proper documentation required to ascertain issuing of items from stores
- Monitor the inventory levels and advice on the items at the re-order levels
- Ensure safety of all store items
- Ensure the items are well arranged and labelled at all times
- Answer queries from user departments as supplies are concerned
- Compile invoices, delivery notes, GRN and LPOs for signing and forwarding to finance
- Responsible for stores cleanliness, tidiness and ensure the stores are well illuminated.
- Issue items to the patients and ensure they are charged
- Provide weekly and monthly stock reports when required
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
