Our client in Interior design industry is seeking to recruit a focused, strategic and self-driven Administrator to join their dedicated team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing the office
- Petty cash management
- Scheduling meetings and directing clients/visitors
- Ensuring the office is clean
- Renewal of licensing
Qualification
- Two years of experience as Administrator in office set up
- Must have degree in Finance and Accounts
- Having worked as Finance and Administrator will be an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge of
- Good attitude and desire for results
- Self-driven and motivate
- Ability to work extra hours
