Our client in Interior design industry is seeking to recruit a focused, strategic and self-driven Administrator to join their dedicated team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing the office
  • Petty cash management
  • Scheduling meetings and directing clients/visitors
  • Ensuring the office is clean
  • Renewal of licensing


  • Two years of experience as Administrator in office set up
  • Must have degree in Finance and Accounts
  • Having worked as Finance and Administrator will be an added advantage.
  • Good Knowledge of
  • Good attitude and desire for results
  • Self-driven and motivate
  • Ability to work extra hours
