ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are urgently recruiting for an office admin assistant, to assist the Director of Operations and Nairobi Handyman Services Workshop in day-to-day running.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/ related field.
- Excellent Knowledge in MS Office
- Outstanding Communication skills
- Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skills
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in students’ registration
- Create time tables and training schedules
- Deal with queries on phone and email
- Prepare, organize, and store information manually and digitally
- Organize staff meetings and take minutes
