Junior Graphic Designer-Vibrant Market Connection

Vibrant Market Connection Ltd. is offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an Online Graphic Designer. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Creative Officer and support teams to create captivating visual communications that effectively convey messages for the company and its clients. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Creative Officer and the team on a daily basis to achieve the company’s design goals and targets.
• Assist in making design decisions for all company content and client projects.
• Create brochures, flyers, logos, advertisements, and other communication materials as per instructions.
• Develop illustrations and slide presentations to enhance presentations visually.
• Collaborate with other creative team members to produce compelling content.
• Create illustrations, pictures, and designs that align with the desired theme and tone of communications across digital platforms, traditional media, and printed materials.
• Utilize software programs like Adobe’s Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and InDesign to craft visually appealing content.
• Thoroughly review final designs for errors and ensure that submissions meet desired standards.

Requirements

• Age between 22-29 years old.
• Prior work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be a Kenyan youth currently residing in Nairobi, Kenya.
• Must be a graduate with a diploma or degree.
• Access to a desktop or laptop and a reliable internet connection.
• Mandatory submission of a portfolio showcasing graphic design work for both social media and print media.
• Working knowledge of technologies and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and Visio.
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts into easily understandable content.
• Bonus points for skills in animation and video editing.
