RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond in a timely manner to customers issues within the stipulated SLA
- Offer on demand immediate technical support to customers, shop sales team and the sales support agents
- Work collaboratively with system developers to identify and fix emerging system issues
- Identify and automate repetitive day to day tasks to ensure systems support efficiency
- Extract and share system reports as requested by various departments
- Perform minor development work as assigned by IT manager from time to time
- Monitor Onfon Mobile IT systems to ensure 99.99% service uptime for excellent service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer science or related field
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
- Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming concepts e.g. Python, Javascript, Node
- Proficiency in Database Management Systems particularly MySQL
- Proficiency in Linux systems administration
- Ability to offer IT support to tech users
- Self driven and proactive
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Proficiency in Amharic and English languages
