Job Description:

The primary responsibility is to effectively sell products and/or services, addressing customer needs and contributing to business growth through the acquisition of new accounts and client sign-ups. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service to maintain and manage existing accounts and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Excellence:
    • Sell products and services to meet customer requirements.
    • Actively prospect new accounts and secure new clients to enhance business expansion.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts.
    • Manage and maintain customer accounts and portfolios.
  3. Sales Focus:
    • Concentrate sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential deal volumes.
  4. Communication and Reporting:
    • Keep management informed on customer queries.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
  5. Market Analysis:
    • Monitor competition by collecting current marketplace information on pricing, products, and after-sales services.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on the analysis and evaluation of existing data.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Contribute to the collective team effort by achieving set results.

This role requires a proactive approach to sales, effective customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends. The candidate should be adept at troubleshooting customer issues and contribute positively to the overall success of the team.
