Key Responsibilities:
The intern will be trained on:
- Hardware and software maintenance
- Data Recovery and Backup method
- Installation and configuration of authorized software to the study Desktops and laptops
- Data and study system backups
- Troubleshooting PCs malfunction
- Resolving Internet downtime
Vacancy Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
- Must be flexible and willing to undertake other duties
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Commitment to integrity and high-quality performance
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Keen and attentive to detail
