Graduate Management Trainee at Greenspoon Kenya

The Position

Greenspoon is seeking Graduate Management Trainees to contribute to our business expansion. Given our current phase, from startup to scale-up, we’re faced with a multitude of intriguing challenges to tackle. The work is dynamic and engaging, and your journey with Greenspoon will be an unforgettable start to your career.

Trainees will have the opportunity to work in various departments on a rotational basis, helping us address our most pressing issues at any given moment. These may include:

• Finance, systems, and management accounting
• Procurement strategy
• Logistics and warehousing
• Learning & development
• Product & assortment management
• Marketing, sales & growth

We will provide you with comprehensive training and on-the-job coaching. You will also have a personal development budget that can be used for additional training or purchasing relevant books, for example. The initial contract is for one year, and if you excel, we will extend an offer to join the department that aligns best with your skills and interests.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding academic record
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
