Job Description

Gateway Bliss Gardens is seeking an experienced Front Office/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a busy establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a busy establishment.
  • Education: Certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in using office equipment and hotel management software.
  • Any additional experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
