Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Welcome and check-in guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival experience.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of service at all times.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently, optimizing room occupancy and ensuring accurate records.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information about the resort’s services, amenities, and the local area.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve any guest issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and exceeded, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and handle administrative tasks related to front office operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a similar luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: Friendly, professional, and courteous with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
