Job Description:
We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and professional Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
- Support various departments with administrative needs as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Diploma or equivalent in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience in a property care or service-oriented company.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
