Finance Officer at Aberdair Aviation Limited

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance or related field
• CPA Finalist
• Minimum 5 years work experience preferably in an audit firm or aviation company Experience working with accounting software

Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Head of Finance with:

• Management of accounts payables, supplier payments and petty cash including reconciliation
• Ensuring procurements are as per approved PO and requisitions
• Filing & reconciliation of WHT, WHVAT and WH-Rent returns
• Preparation of payment vouchers with subsequent proper filing & posting
• Preparation of financial documentation for audit reviews
• Preparation and review of departmental budgets and MIS data
• Management of the company’s asset register and amortization schedules Management of fuel and transport accounts
