PURPOSE:

Responsible for receipting Life business DDIs, standing orders, banking transfers and premium policy reconciliation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily receipt of bank transfers, EFTs and RTGS;
  • Update and receipt received standing orders and check offs;
  • Receipting of premium DDIs;
  • Update of unreceipted items list and continuously liaise with premium admin to reduce exposure;
  • Receipting Pension funds;
  • Receipting Annuities;
  • Receipting of Group life payments;
  • Premiums to policy reconciliations;
  • Any other duty as may be given by Head, Bank and Other Reconciliations.

Academic and Professional Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or in a related field    E
  • Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications    E
  • CPA (I) or ACCA – Fundamental or part qualification in relevant professional field

Experience Required:

  • 2 years Relevant experience
