Eagle HR Consultants

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in preparing annual financial statements and audits, collaborating with external auditors as needed.
  • Manage cash flow and optimize the organization’s financial resources.
  • Prepare and document all taxes and their filling within stipulated timelines.
  • Manage all daily M-PESA transactions.
  • Support the administration of contracts, grants, and other financial agreements.
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management and staff as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including office management and logistics.
