Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inventory management -maintaining accurate records of farm inventory including feed, stock, supplies, and equipment.
  • Responsible for managing and replenishing farm supplies
  • Responsible for accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping
  • Track expenses, manage budgets, place and track orders
  • Receive and welcome guests at the farm
  • Perform daily administrative tasks.

Desired Specifications

  • Mandatory Previous experience in a similar role within the agricultural sector
  • A diploma in a relevant field of accounting or possessing basic accounting skills
  • Experience in stock control, inventory management, or similar roles.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to reside within the farm premises in Naivasha
