  • Our client company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director in both the construction and beauty industries. This dynamic role requires versatility, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks and coordinating activities across multiple sectors.

Salary: Ksh. 50,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritization of tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives across the construction and beauty industries, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Information Management: Maintain organized systems for managing documents, files, and correspondence related to the Director’s activities, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and on-site support as required.
  • Special Projects: Support the Director in various special projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / communication or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in the construction or beauty industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
