1. Booking Clerks (10 Positions)

We are seeking ten highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of front office booking clerk responsible for managing parcel and passenger bookings.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma in management or an equivalent in customer service is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year of office or hospitality industry experience.
  • Good health to work extended hours.
  • Cashier skills and qualifications.
  • Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
  • Previous cashier experience is desirable.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of transactions.
  • Polite, courteous, and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cash desk equipment, such as point-of-sale (POS) machines, scanners, and cash drawers.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.

2. Workshop Administrator (Nairobi) (1 Position)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the workshop management.
  • Issue job lists to workshop staff.
  • Ensure completed vehicles are ready for collection/delivery.
  • Enter workshop activities into the ERP system.
  • Conduct tools audits.
  • Oversee air compressor maintenance.
  • Support department activities, including parts orders.
  • Comply with operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage workshop time and attendance.
  • Generate reports.
  • Process vehicle repair estimates.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement in workshop processes.
  • Maintain workshop storage and filing systems.
  • Manage the vehicle parts store and order parts.
  • Support senior management and assist in the absence of the Workshop Manager.
  • Manage visitors to the workshop.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in automotive engineering.
  • Over three years of experience in automotive workshop management, supervision, or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Valid driving license (Class BCE).
  • Attention to detail, time management, and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to identify special tools and equipment requirements.
  • Proactive, able to meet deadlines, and maintain good interpersonal relationships.

3. Procurement Assistant (Nairobi) (1 Position)

Responsibilities:

  • Review, record, and prioritize purchasing requests.
  • Identify and recommend procurement sources.
  • Produce tender documents.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of orders.
  • Finalize purchase orders and contracts.
  • Resolve issues related to delivered goods.
  • Maintain internal databases and files.
  • Research and retrieve information on sources of supply and vendors.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and report preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
  • Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS) Level 4 or equivalent professional certification.
  • Over three years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Experience in high-value procurement from global sources.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

4. Long-Distance Bus Drivers (20 Positions)

We are hiring 20 motivated and disciplined individuals for the position of Long-Distance Bus Drivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport passengers to their destinations.
  • Assist passengers with their luggage.
  • Perform daily and monthly vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is adequately fueled.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Valid PSV/NTSA, accident-free driving license, and a good conduct certificate required.
  • Applicants must be 35 years and above.

5. Long-Distance Bus Assistants (Conductors) (10 Positions)

We are looking to hire 10 highly motivated individuals for the role of Long-Distance Bus Assistants (Conductors).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers on board.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service.
  • Perform first aid when required.
  • Handle parcels and bus boots.
  • Maintain bus interior and exterior cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Police clearance certificate.
  • Valid PSV/NTSA.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Must be above 20 years of age.
  • Certificate in hospitality and customer service is a plus.
  • Certificate in first aid and fire safety is an added advantage.
  • Medical report from a renowned institution.
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Passport or interstate pass is an added advantage.
