Job Description: The Candidate will develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies & campaigns whilst; cold-calling and answering inquiries in a fast paced environment, so as to promote our real estate projects using various digital channels. He/She will leverage internet technology to majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, influence existing clientele, acquire leads and , drive conversions to achieve our company goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various social media/digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns,
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, videography, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Responding, Calling and following up on all incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns.
  • Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Persuade the customer to buy or come in for meeting by demonstrating how our product meet their needs
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet performance quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of all interactions and record useful information


  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills & presentation skills.
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
