Digital Marketing Manager at BURN Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing Thought Leadership: Offer strategic insights on digital and social media marketing to guide our organization.
  2. Digital Marketing Strategy: Strategize and execute all digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media campaigns, and display advertising.
  3. Online Presence Management: Create and maintain our digital and social media presence, ensuring it stays engaging and up-to-date.
  4. Real Estate Optimization: Manage and enhance our digital and social media platforms for maximum effectiveness.
  5. Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, comparing results to set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  6. Insight-Driven Decision Making: Identify emerging trends and insights, adjusting spending and strategies based on these findings.
  7. Creative Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative approaches to drive growth.
  8. Experimentation and Testing: Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.
  9. User Experience Optimization: Work with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and improve the overall user experience.
  10. Localized Campaigns: Partner with in-country teams to support sales efforts through tailored digital and social media campaigns.
  11. Customer Experience Assessment: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across various channels and touchpoints.
  12. Conversion Tracking: Implement and optimize conversion points and user funnels.
  13. Vendor Management: Collaborate with and oversee vendor partners.
  14. Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide insights on their adoption when appropriate.

Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in marketing or a related field (BS/MS).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Strong creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in content development and marketing (a plus).
  • Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest online marketing trends and measurement best practices.
