Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License: A current and valid driver’s license.
  • Corporate Driving Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate driving role.
  • Sales/Marketing Knowledge: Experience in sales or marketing is an advantageous asset.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
  • Good Conduct Certificate: Mandatory requirement.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Fundamental computer literacy.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture positive business relationships with existing customers.
  2. Timely Product Delivery: Ensure prompt delivery of products to assigned customers without delays.
  3. Customer Database Maintenance: Maintain records of current and potential customers to support sales expansion and market dominance.
  4. Asset Responsibility: Carefully drive and take charge of the assigned asset/truck for sales purposes.
  5. Sales and Delivery Records: Maintain sales and delivery records while meeting assigned sales targets.
  6. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow sales in the designated area.
  7. Market Reporting: Report any market threats requiring supervisor intervention as necessary.
  8. Asset Maintenance: Perform basic asset maintenance tasks and promptly report any damage or breakdowns.
  9. Issue Resolution: Ensure swift resolution of customer problems and complaints for maximum customer satisfaction.
  10. Market Insights: Provide accurate feedback on customer needs, issues, competitive activities, and potential improvements for sales growth.
  11. Sales Documentation: Scan and upload real-time sales records for every cylinder sold.
  12. Door-to-Door Delivery: Ensure door-to-door product delivery to customers.
  13. Sales Targets: Achieve predetermined sales targets set by the department.
  14. Assigned Duties: Undertake any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
