Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in debt collection within a microfinance institution or similar lending environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation skills to secure repayment commitments from defaulting borrowers.
• Practical field collection experience, including client site visits and hands-on account recovery work.
