We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Intern to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates eager to build a career in client support and success management. As part of our Customer Success team, you will learn how to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Client Onboarding:Â Assist in configuring, training, and guiding new clients through initial platform setup and best practices for solution adoption.
- Ongoing Support:Â Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems to relevant technical teams for prompt resolution.
- Customer Feedback:Â Gather, document, and analyze feedback on product features and user experience to inform product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building:Â Collaborate with account managers and senior Customer Success specialists to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client objectives.
- Resource Development:Â Help create and maintain user guides, FAQs, training videos, and other resources that empower clients to maximize platform usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communicatons or a related field.
- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication abilities to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying solutions to customer challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Interest in customer success, IT solutions, and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support systems is a plus.
