- Handle Live Chat Tickets.
- Respond to WhatsApp chats.
- Follow Up on all raised customer issues to completion.
- Attain the required customer satisfaction rate.
- Attain daily clearance and response rate below 3min.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a Business related Course.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good Customer Service Skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Problem Solving Skill.
