JOB SUMMARY
- As a Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our club, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our members and guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the club, including facilities, staff, and activities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Train, mentor, and motivate club staff to deliver excellence in service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of club events and activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections.
- Preparation of reports on club activities, budget, and performance as required.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve club operations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in a Business or Culinary course
- 3 years experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
