  • Our client is looking for a Client Support Specialist who will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing support to our valued clients. This position is ideal for passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our startup. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing information about our car detailing and paint refinishing services, and assisting with various administrative tasks. If you have a strong desire to excel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for quickly adapting to new challenges, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer client calls and provide information about our services.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure a friendly and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
  • Educate clients about our car detailing and paint refinishing services, including packages, pricing, and available options.
  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments and providing necessary guidance.
  • Perform basic office administration tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist with order processing and invoicing as needed.
  • Collect and document client feedback and complaints, and escalate issues as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, our services, and best practices to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Secretarial training is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Passion for learning and a quick learner who can adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and office software.
  • Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus but not required.
  • Genuine interest in the car detailing and paint refinishing industry.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
