Instyle By Dee is seeking a mature, fashion-enthusiast Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, fluent in English and Kiswahili, and have a strong understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion items.
• Manage and update social media accounts to reflect the latest trends and promotions.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Meet sales targets and deadlines set by the management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Highly proficient in social media, keeping up with the latest trends.
• Ability to coordinate delivery logistics and ensure timely dispatching.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nairobi and meet set deadlines.
