Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Financial Transactions: Record, verify, and process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Maintaining Financial Records: Organize and update accounting ledgers, journals, and documentation to ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Preparing Reports: Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Expense Monitoring: Track institutional expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation.
- Responding to Queries: Address finance-related inquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Improving Efficiency: Suggest improvements to accounting systems and practices to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field CPAK.
- 2-3 years of experience.
