What We Expect

• Sort any disputes and queries with suppliers in liaison with reservation department including raising of debit notes and follow up
• Processing of prepayments
• Posting supplier payments into Tourplan
• Assist in loading payments and prepayments into the bank internet platform
• Prepare suppliers reconciliations each month and at the point of payment.

Qualifications And Skills

• CPA(K) is an added advantage, a minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Experience in the tourism industry is desirable.
• Good communication skills must be demonstrated.
• Maturity and self-driven character requiring little supervision.
• Result driven & team player who meets deadlines as expected.
