Qualifications:

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with experience in the real estate industry being advantageous.
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
