In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing daily payroll tax processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and preparing various tax payments and filings. You’ll also play a key role in training new staff and providing them with the tools they need to succeed. Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll taxes across multiple states and jurisdictions, with recent experience in a Senior, Lead, or Supervisor role.
• Experience in payroll processing and accounting.
• Preferred experience in PEO or related industry. Hands-on experience in tax filing is required.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local wage laws.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• A degree in accounting or a related field.
