Job Purpose

The Senior Receptionist will oversee front-of-office operations and administrative coordination to ensure a professional, efficient, and client-focused office environment within a fast-paced financial services setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk operations and guide reception and support staff to maintain consistent service standards.

  • Manage visitor reception, access control, call handling, and correspondence to ensure a positive first impression.

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and internal schedules to support smooth daily operations.

  • Oversee office logistics including supplies, maintenance coordination, and vendor engagements.

  • Ensure office presentation aligns with corporate standards and brand guidelines.

  • Liaise with internal departments to support administrative and operational needs.

  • Organize internal meetings, client visits, and company events with attention to detail.

  • Support health, safety, and compliance requirements within the office environment.

  • Track administrative expenses and contribute to cost control initiatives.

  • Prepare periodic reports on office operations, facilities, and administrative performance.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in office administration or senior reception roles, preferably within financial or corporate environments.

  • Demonstrated experience supervising administrative or front-office teams.

  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and office scheduling systems.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and resolve operational issues effectively.
