Cleaner
- We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Cleaner to ensure that our premises remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. The ideal candidate is proactive, committed to high hygiene standards, and able to deliver consistent results with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, office spaces, kitchens, and shared areas.
- Empty bins, dispose of waste, and follow proper waste management procedures.
- Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and promptly report any repairs needed.
- Refill and restock cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue, detergents, and sanitizers.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across all assigned areas.
- Support periodic deep-cleaning activities as required.
- Perform any other cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of C+.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar cleaning role.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.

Admin Officer
- We are seeking a proactive, polished, and highly organized Admin Officer to join our team. This role requires someone who can create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff, manage administrative functions with efficiency, and support smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities with professionalism.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables—track usage and reorder proactively.
- Monitor meeting rooms, common areas, and workstation setups to ensure readiness and order.
- Handle access cards, visitor management, and general front-office coordination.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for documents, records, and correspondence.
- Prepare administrative reports, memos, and communication updates as needed.
- Support meeting scheduling, office calendars, and basic clerical tasks.
- Assist with petty cash management and administrative expense tracking.
Vendor & Services Coordination
- Liaise with cleaning, security, courier, and maintenance service providers.
- Track service quality and escalate service issues promptly.
- Support procurement by obtaining quotes, raising LPOs, and following up on deliveries.
Logistics Support (Light)
- Coordinate local transport bookings for staff, visitors, and errands.
- Support movement of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance items.
- Assist in planning and coordinating small office events and internal activities.
Compliance & Office Standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies on office use, health & safety, and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular checks on facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure the office environment meets audit and compliance expectations.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Ability to multitask, follow through, and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
