1. Administration & QMS Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support (filing, photocopying, document prep).

  • Organize company meetings, events, and travel bookings.

  • Manage office stationery, petty cash, and records.

  • Support executive operations and maintain related documentation.

  • Assist in QMS processes including ISO standard implementation, audit logistics, compliance tracking, and performance updates.

  • Facilitate staff training and continuous improvement (Lean & Kaizen).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or QMS support roles.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

2. ICT Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main ICT contact, providing onsite and remote support.

  • Manage ICT infrastructure (ERP systems, networks, Office 365, firewalls, antivirus, peripherals).

  • Perform backups, restorations, and cybersecurity measures.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and ICT inventory.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management (Finance/Accounts option).
