About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Office Cleaners to work in Nairobi, Kenya

Job Summary

The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and orderly work environment by performing daily cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and ensuring all office areas meet sanitation and safety standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and sanitize office spaces including desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as needed.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, and partitions.
• Replenish toiletries, paper towels, soap, and other cleaning supplies.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education: Minimum of Secondary School Education (KCSE Min C-) or a College Certificate.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience in an office, commercial, or institutional environment is preferred.
• Knowledge:

o    Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment

o    Awareness of hygiene and sanitation practices

o    Knowledge of workplace safety standards

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
