We are seeking a professional and experienced Call Centre Specialist to join our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate product information, advice, and after-sales support.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints calmly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the online sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines to maintain service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call centre or professional customer service environment (e.g., telecom, banking, e-commerce).
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional tone).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High level of integrity, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
- Training in Customer Service, Communication, or a related field is an added advantage.
