We are seeking a professional and experienced Call Centre Specialist to join our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate product information, advice, and after-sales support.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints calmly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the online sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines to maintain service standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call centre or professional customer service environment (e.g., telecom, banking, e-commerce).
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional tone).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High level of integrity, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Training in Customer Service, Communication, or a related field is an added advantage.
