Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a hospital, including clinical and administrative functions.
• Provide leadership to hospital staff and manage their training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or related leadership role
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
