Warehouse Specialist at KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with receiving and issuing Officer and give the stock confirmation for inbound and outbound of the materials from the go down/warehouse.
• Ensure there is no inventory gap between physical stock and book stock.
• Support periodic stock auditing in the warehouse.
• Maintain the 6s system in the go down.
• Daily and monthly stocktaking.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma/Degree in purchasing and supply chain management or relevant to the position with more than 2 years’ work experience in a busy warehouse/store.
• Preferably a manufacturing company.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint and analysis application.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Team player
• Self-motivated and can work under minimum supervision.
