Amplus International Sales Agents Responsibilities

• Generate and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and payment.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry competition and best practices for professional development, providing effective assistance to clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product inventory and technical specifications to answer customer inquiries accurately.
• Establish, nurture, and strengthen existing business relationships with current and potential customers.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Sales Agents Qualifications

• Are you a Kenyan aged 25 years or older?
• Do you have a passion for sales?
• Do you possess experience in selling cement and other construction materials?
• Can you meet agreed-upon sales targets with minimal supervision?
• Do you have the qualities required for upselling and cross-selling our products?
• Are your communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills excellent?
• Are you proficient in record-keeping?
• Do you own an Android phone?
• Are you open to working on a commission basis?
