Customer Service Officer at Mwananchi Credit Ltd – Mwananchi Credit Ltd Kenya Job Details

Role Summary:

  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing top-tier service. One should be an efficient communicator, adept at problem-solving, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences for Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Qualifications:

  • The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Customer service representative
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Experience in Sales and has handled operations in a microfinance or financial service industry

  • Result-oriented – Resolve product and service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Communication skills – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Product and Service Knowledge- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide informed recommendations and accurate information to customers.
