Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising a diverse range of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, customer and supplier agreements, professional services agreements, and creating template agreements.
• Aid in various corporate activities such as Real Estate conveyancing transactions, corporate governance matters, and facilitating business filings.
• Offer support in delivering strategic legal guidance on business operations and product development.
• Contribute to the enhancement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
• Provide assistance in compliance and legal risk management, including researching statutes, laws, and other legal matters relevant to the company’s operations.
• Maintain departmental safes, registers, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to perform additional duties as assigned.
• Fulfill any other duties as designated on occasion.

Requirements

• Possess a Second Class Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized University.
• Attained a B grade or higher in O levels/high school.
• Demonstrate creative and business-oriented legal thinking in the application of law.
• Capable of proactively and creatively addressing potential legal issues.
• Be a team player ready to learn, adapt, and work with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit excellent organizational, administrative, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Display high levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work extended hours under tight deadlines and cater to multiple stakeholders.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
