Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including correspondence routing, filing systems organization, meeting scheduling, and administrative workflow management
- Provide direct administrative support to management by preparing reports, presentations, letters, and official documentation as required
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and quick retrieval of company records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on agreed action items
- Handle internal and external communications including email management, official correspondence, and telephone inquiries
- Prepare, format, and proofread official documents, reports, memoranda, and presentations according to company standards

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Minimum 3 years of verified experience in secretarial services, office coordination, executive support, records management, or administrative operations
- Demonstrable knowledge of office administration procedures and documentation standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for correspondence and inter-office communication
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism, discretion regarding confidential matters, and personal integrity
