Requirements & Qualifications

  • Certificate or diploma in Food and Beverage Sales and Service from a recognized training institution
  • Minimum two years of hands-on experience in a high-volume food service or hotel environment
  • Proven ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Hotel Plus POS, Micros Fidelio, Intersoft, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills for taking orders and managing customer interactions
  • Ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues in a team setting
  • Demonstrated track record of reliable and courteous customer service
  • Attention to detail in order accuracy, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
