Key Duties Across Roles

General Requirements

• Kenyan citizenship (valid national identity card or waiting card required)
• Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications from recognised institutions appropriate to the role
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure
• Strong personal integrity, honesty, and professional conduct
• Willingness to learn and adapt to workplace procedures and feedback
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous
