Key Responsibilities

  • Contact qualified prospects by telephone and convert leads into paying customers
  • Follow up with potential clients via calls, email, and digital channels to move deals forward
  • Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate aviation charter solutions
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets consistently
  • Record all lead data, sales interactions, and customer details in the company CRM system
  • Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings
  • Address customer questions and overcome objections in a professional manner
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to refine conversion processes and strategy

Performance Expectations

  • Lead Response Time: Every inbound inquiry must receive contact within 5 minutes, with no exceptions regardless of shift timing
  • Quote Delivery: Provide a complete written quotation to the client within 30 minutes of first contact
  • Outbound Activity: Make a minimum of 20 outbound calls per shift to verified, qualified prospects
  • Conversion Rate: Achieve at least 15% conversion of qualified inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • CRM Compliance: Log every client interaction in the system within 30 minutes — failure to log results in forfeiture of commission on that interaction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-ticket sales with verifiable references from previous employers
  • Demonstrated success closing large-value transactions and managing complex sales cycles
  • Professional English communication ability at executive level — ability to speak with senior decision-makers
  • Comfort working within strict KPI accountability frameworks and daily activity logging
  • Self-motivated and fully independent during work shifts — no micromanagement or supervision
