Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, describe dishes, and offer suggestions when needed.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the system.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Check in with guests regularly and respond to requests or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Clear and reset tables between guests.
• Process bills, handle payments, and return change or receipts.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
• Support other team members during busy periods and assist with opening/closing duties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus and a pleasant, outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Academic Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or related field.
